We boarded our dogs at Blue ribbon 3 to 4 times over the past 2 years. When we went to pick them up last night, we found that blue ribbon had allowed the driveway to the kennel area to be totally blocked. I was told we'd have to drag the dogs cages across the parking lot exposing them to 55 mph traffic a mere 30 yards away.

The employee working there refused to help us load the dogs in the manner that we always had done, told me emphatically I won't help you load your dogs, and caused such an uproar that my dogs and I were all trembling by the time we got them in the car and left.
I won't be back to let them abuse me or possibly abuse my dogs. I love my dogs more than to take them to a place like this.
