If I could have rated a minus -star I would have. The one star is due to no other choice!! If you look at the reviews on their acct you will find only 5 star ratings!! These people obviously got WAY better service than we did!! We took our Yorkie in and I will admit he needed a bath and clip because we moved here from out of state and did not know where to take him. We are very cautious due to some past experience. This business was highly recommended by the vet we have chosen here in Hot Springs. We were told this woman had 25 years experience. When I called she was very friendly and good at asking all the right questions! However, she was not very friendly when we got there and OMGEE our baby was a disaster!! I could not have expected a worse cut!! I'm embarrassed to even take him out now. A beginner, I, could have done better than this!!!! And I was specific about the length I wanted his fur and that didn't happen either!! When she handed him to me, she stated very half heartedly, hope he's not to short!" Which he was but I said he's fine. Of course, at that point I hadn't really been able to see all the horrible uneven cuts in the lengths!! His feet are uneven, his face is lopsided, his tummy was not clipped. The list goes on!! Obviously, I will never use this business again and I would never recommend it to anyone else.
