Absolutely zero regard for their customers time. Very unresponsive to text messages, never answer the phones. They gave me 2 different options for them to come and clean, I confirmed a day and time from their options. They never showed up only for me to call and call and text to finally be told they didn't have my information and didn't confirm. Very unprofessional and can't in good conscious recommend them to anyone. Very frustrating dealing with them.

This company is great... if you like to be taken advantage of. The cleaning was good enough, the customer service has been a joke.

Long story: Got my apartment cleaned last week. Was told they'd arrive between 10:30-11:30. I had to call at Noon to see if they'd be arriving soon. Booked the two women for 2 hours (at the suggestion of the company), just in case it took that long. Ended up only taking them an hour to perform the cleaning. Typically, I get a phone call following the cleaning making sure everything went well and asking for my payment method. Instead, my card was automatically charged this time... for the full 2 hours.

Upon calling the company to see why I was charged for two hours, when they were only there for one, they provided me with smugness and zero help. First: they said they would call the cleaners to confirm it was only an hour (of course, they had put it as 2 HR's in the system) and call me back... They never did. I called them again and they said they would send me an email... they never did. I called them for a third time in the week, they said they would now send the email... they never did.

They provided me the excuses that A.) it's company policy to charge for at least 2 hours (would've been nice to know that from the top, so I could use a cheaper company) and B.) my girlfriend signed the paper, saying they were there the full time. However, my girlfriend said she didn't and the company refuses to email it to me.

Lastly, they also want to ignore the screenshots I have of the phone calls I received from the cleaners when they arrived and when they left... separated by an hour. Show me better proof than that. I would give 0 stars if I could. Enjoy my money, BJK. Use it to buy some ethics.

BJK did an amazing job! I needed a same day cleaning and they were able to help out last minute. I asked about the 5 HRS promotion they are always running and they explained they were able to apply the promotion but requested more time based on the sq ft of my home. Nonetheless, they did an amazing job and my house smelled amazing!

The house was clean but I noticed later on items were missing. I called BJK to see if they knew where the items were and they said everything was placed in the closet. Come to find out, my missing items were in trash bags outside. By the time I found this out, the bags were rained on and I had to throw them out. I had been reaching out to the company for a week and never did they rectify or apologize for putting my personal items outside. I even sent them pictures. Anna said I signed off on the paper so I acknowledged everything was good. Yes, the house was clean, but I didn't know I needed to check the "trash" to make sure my things weren't taken out. Instead of receiving a call back as promised to see how to proceed, I was left with an email stating, "The girls did not throw anything out." Are you serious?!
The last time I used this company, I walked in on the girls sitting down cold hard chilling. Who knows how long they were doing that!
