Lead her crew for 9 months. She's manipulative, unappreciative and verbally abusive. You can jump through flaming hoops for this woman, only to be compensated with flat 8 dollars an hour and harsh words. Upon hire you are told you are a 1099 Independent Contractor, however that statement immediately contradicts itself when she tells you where to be, what time to be there and has you drive there in her company vehicle and finish the job using only her supplies.
