So happy to find Best Paws First. Recently moved to area and was in need or a pet sitter and walker. Its always nerve wracking to entrust Someone new with your babies, but they put me at ease right after our meet and greets. Used sitter at night and walker during day for a vacation we took. Communication was amazing and received plenty of updates and pictures knowing my fur baby was in good hands! My dog was not stressed out like he normally is when we got home which was amazing!! I moved to Monmouth County and was stressed about finding a new dog walker in the area. Best Paw First came recommended to me and I can't say enough good things. Terry walks my golden retriever Stevie and she is incredible with her. I always get tons of photos from their walks and you can tell how much she loves what she does. It is so reassuring to know that the person walking your dog cares for them as much as you do.

We have recently moved in Monmouth County and needed a dog walker for our sweet Adrian. Adrian is only 3.5 lbs. and requires some special attention. My husband discovered Best Paw First and we met Terry. Terry is absolutely wonderful and she is so kind, sweet, gentle, timely and takes care of Adrian as if she were her own. We now can go on vacation and leave for weekends in confidence that Adrian is being well cared for. Also, we get so many cute pictures from Terry to let us know Adrian is fine. I hired Best Paw First this past October to care for my father's three cats while he was hospitalized and in nursing care, until I could bring the cats to my home.

For three months, they cared for the cats like family. They communicated with me every time they visited, including pics. As important, they were flexible with scheduling and accepted online payment. The pricing was affordable, especially compared to petsitters I've used in the past.

Carly and Terry paid attention to details like taking out trash as needed, keeping track of cat food supplies so I could restock, and even checking the mail. Their genuine care and concern, and their dependability and flexibility, made a hard time in my life much easier than it would've been. They gave me, and my dad, peace of mind. I highly recommend them.

I am so happy I found Carly and her team. My dog can be a bit finicky with new people but she warms up immediately to Kristen and Terry. I feel truly lucky to find such caring people to take care of my pets.

Have had a really great experience. Carly is so nice and responds quickly to emails. Dawn walks our 2.5 year old golden retriever every week and has been incredibly sweet and reliable. Our 90lb Goldendoodle Murphy can be difficult at times, but we know he is in good hands when Best Paw First is looking after him. Terry and Lauren take care of our two dogs as if they were their own. Our one dog can take time to warm up to new people, but they both won her over quickly by adapting to her cues. We have two dogs (lab mixes), one is 13.5 years old (Hampton) and our other one is 1.5 years old(Ruba). We were so nervous to leave them for a few days. However, as soon as we had our meet and greet with Carly and Kristen, we felt so much better about leaving our "babies" in their care. They went above and beyond for our pups..and for us. The pictures and the detailed communication update put our minds at ease. We knew our pups were in such great hands! They figured out our pups' quirks right away;-) It is obvious that they love fur babies as much as we do and take their jobs very seriously. I have three cats ( 3, 5 and 21 years old) and two golden retreivers ( one is a senior at 13 years old and one is 19 months). I have never boarded and always have had family take care of my animals when away. I usually vacation with my dogs. This time around I had a few get aways that couldn't involve dogs and I was very worried about how to make it happen. Upon finding best paws first I couldn't have been more pleased and comforted by my decision. The pictures and communication were reassuring as was the feedback when texting . My dogs fell right back into their usual routine and Carly and Sam became their people. Carly joined our family when we brought home an anxious 5 month old Nico. Carly understood his fears and got him going on walks in no time. I highly recommend Best Paw First!!! I was recently distraught trying to find pet care for our two dogs for our upcoming vacation. We did not want to board them and we have had bad experiences with pet sitters. Carly was amazing! She quickly and professionally organized care for our dogs...and I didn't give her much notice! I cannot recommend BPF enough! On the business side, Carly does a tremendous job - she is responsive, thorough, efficient, and a great communicator. She is always gracious in my last minute trip requests and quickly coordinates coverage and sends detailed confirmation to allow no room for error. On the petsitting side, Lauren has been a godsend! My little guy is high energy, high maintenance, and high anxiety and she handles him amazingly well. She goes above and beyond by giving him extra time and attention and constantly keeps me informed, which allows me to relax while I'm away knowing that he's in such good hands. The house is spotless when I return and I actually think he's a little sad to see me instead of her when I come home. I know how hard it can be to trust someone with one of the most important things in your life, but I made a leap with BPF based on recommendations and reviews and I'm so,so happy that I did!!

Leaving our sweet puppy, Brody to go to work isn't easy but we are so grateful for Carly! She comes to our house three times per week and takes Brody for a walk and gives him tons of love! She sends pictures and shares some fun about their day with us every time! It makes it a lot easier to leave him knowing that she will be there!!

Carly has been my pet sitter since September 2018. She has come with me to two different homes. I have two cats and a Corgi. She is communicative and responsive. She always sends me the best photos and videos of my pets to brighten my day while I am gone. I trust her completely with my fur babies and I would highly recommend her to anyone! I am very protective of them and don't say this lightly!

Carly and Jess both walk out fur babe Frisco, and are great at keeping us updated on their arrival and departure as well as in depth descriptions and photos of their visit. They even go above and beyond sometimes when needed. We also have a cat and they clean up his fur balls and make sure he gets love too. I would highly recommend their services! I think the animals would too :)
