Our dog came back immaculately clean and happy. He looked like a show dog. In addition, Karen must have given him a good brushing because he didn't shed after his bath like he does when we bath him or when we take him elsewhere. She is a little more expensive than some but worth it. It was our first time with her and we were very pleasantly surprised.
