I paid over $100 apparently for JUST my 1 tub and toilet to be cleaned when kitchen & bathroom cabinets were supposed to be cleaned along with the fridge & freezer. At a glance the cabinets appeared cleaned however as the fridge and freezer clearly had not been I questioned it and was told "oh I'm sorry, I didn't realize you wanted that, I will do it now". The girl grabbed a rag and went to the fridge. I've never hired cleaners before and felt like kind of a jerk watching over their shoulder and looking super closely at everything that they should have done (they are a professional cleaning company, I figured they should know how to do basic cleaning without guidance) but clearly I should have because over the next couple days as I was going through things I realized that the cabinets, fridge and freezer had not been cleaned at all... not real sure what the girl was doing when she was crouched by the fridge for 5/10 minutes and claimed that she cleaned it...just chillin in there apparently! Needless to say I spent 4 hours doing the cleaning that I had paid others to do; not the type of stress and waste of time that this brand new homeowner needed. The crew was polite and friendly and I will say that a pretty decent job was done on the tub and toilet however that is only half of what they were hired to do. If you want the complete job done, my experience says to go elsewhere.
