Barks & Recreation is a bonded & insured pet-sitting company serving the greater Fargo-Moorhead, Valley City, & Tower City areas. We take care of your furry, feathered, & finned friends (and horses, too!) while you're away!

Our entire staff is PetFirst Aid & CPR Trained! Dog boarding, daycare, & training services coming soon! Deborah is a co-owner & pet sitter at Barks & Recreation. She is also a Licensed Veterinary Technician and a Certified Canine Massage Therapist at a Veterinary Clinic with over 17 years of experience in the veterinary industry & boarding facility management. She also brings a background in business management, pet hospital directorship, & kennel management to the team. She is Licensed to practice in North Dakota and a member of the ND Vet Tech Association as well as an area Representative for the Italian Greyhound Rescue. Ashley is a co-owner and pet sitter at Barks & Recreation. She is also a Marketing Engineer & runs a local natural light photography business in Fargo. Ashley received her Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with an Entrepreneurship cognate from the University of North Dakota. Most recently, she has been continuing her education in the animal world through FetchFind and the Dog Gurus. She is a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician & also volunteers with the IGCA of ND & MN as a foster parent, home inspector, & pet transporter. Abby is one of our premier pet sitters. She is also a Licensed Veterinary Technician at a Veterinary Clinic. She received her Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Technology from North Dakota State University and has over 14 years experience. She is licensed to practice in North Dakota and is a member of the ND Vet Tech Association.Read more
