I took my dog there for a 10:30 am appointnent to get a trim and a bath.The owner checked my dog and said his coat was well kept and told me how much it would be when I picked him up. I never received a call that my dog was ready ,so I went back at 5:00 and he still wasn't ready .Was told to come back in 30 min. Finally got my dog and was not happy at all. The groomer was and is very unprofessional. She lied and said my dog was matted. They skinned my dog, he has severl nicks, ears were uneven and nails were never cut. I advised the Owener Bruce that i wasn't happy and requested a refund. He was also unprofessional because he hung up on me... **DON'T LEAVE YOUR DOG WITH THESE PEOPLE ** .
