My home has been unorganized for several years. Helen and her team were very patient with me in cleaning my home. It touched my heart how her and each team member catered to the area's I really needed cleaned. I definitely recommend this service as your first option. Very professional, courteous, and dependable. She now cleans my home twice a month.

The appointment was booked online; I never received a confirmatory email nor phone call - red flag. A lady came alone to do a Spring Cleaning - Strike 1. I showed her around and she began to make excuses why she couldn't get certain things properly DUSTED - Strike 2 (and red flag that she has had unsatisfied clients, so she made excuses upfront). She said she would clean for two hours and then she had to leave Strike 3 (two hour deep clean with 1 person?)! While my house was tidy, I wanted it deep cleaned, and if I had to explain that to her...flags were waving! So, I sent her on her way.
