I would like to share why I'm rating Autumn home care, my mom has dementia and was recently put on hospice , it has been a really rough time on our family, but Maya the owner has gone above and beyond for our family with the care we need for our mom. She is very professional and a very nice person . She has helped provide my mom with excellent care. The care professionals are all so polite and very caring. They know what they're doing and are very professional. They're always on time and very reliable, they have definitely helped our family through this tough time, I thank maya and her care professionals very much for being there for my mom & our family . We are so appreciated of their kindness and help . I would highly recommend this home care agency .

I feel compelled t write an addendum to last two comments. The owner Maya, did whatever was necessary to curtail the no shows we experienced as mentioned in previous review. maya and her employees remain caring, informative and professional. We've been very happy with the care.

I previously rated this company a week ago with 5 stars.

I am now amending the rating to 3 stars. The care and companionship is exceptional and for almost four weeks the entire experience was problem free. However,during week four reliability of certain caregivers became an issue. There were three no show incidents. It was a shock because other than that everything was 5 star

I met Maya, the owner of Autumn home care in December 2019 at a function. when I learned she had a caregiver company I asked for her card. I knew I would need it later. In February 2020 my dad who is almost .97 years old needed part time care for two months. I contacted Maya and she and her employees stepped up to the plate for us right away.

They are all very nice, caring and dependable. Maya herself also shared in the caregiving duties and my dad thought the world of her. So does the rest of our family.

There are four things I value about Maya and her employees:
They are all wonderful to my father
They know what they are doing and are professional
They are all very dependable
And last but not least, Maya and her employees are excellent at keeping each other, and my family, in the loop. We always knew what was happening; there were never any unwelcome surprises.

we had previously used Visiting Angels for my dad a few years ago. Maya and her staff will be our first choice over visiting angels and any other company any time my dad needs help!
