Compare us to the big warehouse style dog boarding franchises. We think you'll agree that our service is better, our prices are better, and we never charge you to meet & evaluate your dog like they do. That's just crazy, and we think it shows that money is the most important thing to them. That's not what our clients are looking for in a pet service. At Aunt Darlene's There's no hidden costs for things like feeding your dog their own food, administering medications, affection, etc. Incredibly some of our competitors even charge you to pay attention to your dog. They call it cuddle time and charge extra. At Aunt Darlene's Love and Affection are always included at no extra charge because it's not just what we do, it's how we feel and we don't think affection should be optional.

The one thing you will never get from the big franchises is the one-on-one care we take of your pets. A mini long-haired Dachshund is staying with us for the first time on 7/18/13. He was a little nervous and wasn't eating. I took him in the other room so we could be alone and so he would feel more comfortable. He still wasn't eating so I rolled the food into little balls, like dog food meat balls and fed him by hand. He finished all of his food gave me a big wet kiss and was ready to go out.
