At first it was a great to have them come to our home since my husband hated to go to the doctors anyways. But since July they have just been missing in action. I have tried to reach them since they never came out for his July appt. with no explanation what so ever. Not sure what is going on I have left messages and no one has called me back at all. But they have been billing the insurance as if they were still seeing him. Please help !!!

For me and my spouse they have been very attractive and involved in our care. Because of the care they have provided I feel that both of our health has improved. They actually listen to us carefully and try to answer all our questions and well as offer us additional helpful information. For us to maintain our lives as healthy as possible.

Roxanne the office manager is rudy and confrontational. and I will say she lies to cover her self. My mother is trying to obtain a new physical to replace her electric chair. they would not do the required chair. My mother called to request a physical for the chair and when the DR came this manager puled him out and said you can not do this. Now they will not put my mother on the calendar for an appointment. she has had the chair for over 5 years and is beyound it usefl life and is thus able to be replaced. I will wait to hear if they call back before I take this farther.

My parents are dong much better now that the doctor. can see them at home. Thank God for doctors who really care and go over and beyond the office.
