Very rude customer Service. Miss Rivera is unprofessional and will complain about work. And it's work that's expected to be done. Appalling attitude. Would not recommend anyone here. Look elsewhere.

My sister died last Monday in Washington hospital. The previous Tuesday her personal doctor and myself (I am her sister and live in with her) convinced her to go to the hospital cause she needed to be re-hydrated and was very weak. We did not know that she would die within the week. While waiting for the transport to pick her up, Elaina the manager called and told my sister know she had lost the recent check written to her and handed to her. My sister tried to explain that she was waiting for transport and was going to the hospital, but this woman did not hear her did not listen to her and was pushing to come over for another check. This check was over $2000. My sister was in tears about this pushy woman who wanted her money over the care of her patient. My sister also tried to explain that there would have to be a stop payment on the original check before she would write another check. Again this woman got pushy with her... I told her to hang up.
These people made my sister stress and cry on multiple occasions. The in house man was ok, if not very knowledgeable about the language. The OT and PT were wonderful. But the LVN and RN need to go back to school to learn bedside manners. Since at one point my sister was so upset over what was being said that My sister said that if that happened she wanted to commit suicide. Also this Sunday not a week since her death I received a call from the manager saying she was sorry for my sisters death but we needed to talk about the missing check. I did go off on her I told her I and the other person saw My sister hand her a check. She had it and lost it. Not our fault. Also told her my brother had the rest of the time sheets, had power of attorney and fiances. And a stop check would have to be issued. And I also told her what I wrote here. There is no excuse for what happened to my sister. She was in pain, weak and if I had my way I would have fired them all when they made her cry the first time. I also told her I would give her my brothers phone number but on second though he had all the info on them and knows about the check. So instead of her hounding him about the missing check he can grieve in peace. So no as far as I am concern do not sign a contract with them
