The previous rating is clearly one of the managers at that facility. The place is ran down. The staff are under paid and over worked. Sharon sets a hostile environment for everyone. There are NO RNs at this facility. They are not skilled. You'll be lucky if your family even gets good quality care considering they can't keep staff and are constantly short staffed. Legal documents will be falsified. They'll increase your rent every year with the excuse that they want to pay their staff better but they find every reason in the book not to give the workers their yearly raises. If you get promoted you must be a favorite but if you keep your job after they promote you then they really like you. Hopefully your loved one is able to verbally communicate and remembers things decently... Otherwise if an incident occurs you may not be notified. But honestly, who gets notified of anything around there? Half the time the poor nurses won't even know anything about your loved one until they're already there. Sharon will make you false promises and you'll end up disappointed. She will put on a good show.. But she only wants that deposit and her bonus. Word of advice, go elsewhere.

I would like to thank the staff for all the assistance my dad got over the 4 1/2 years he was at Ashley Court. That thank you goes to the cook, aides, LPN, RN, housekeeping and management. My dad had diabetic dementia which could have issues. He was a very independent guy but he had big issues with his diabetes. I thought you did well with those issues: medicines, showering him, caring for his legs, bringing him his food when he didn't want to leave his room, dealing with his many mood swings. We are very pleased with your facility and with his stay, especially with your staff's patience. Clearly, your nurses and medical staff caught her every issue.
