Britt is the most genuine person I've ever met. She she is down to earth and personable. When I was a case manager for First Steps she was my "go-to" Developmental Interventionist because she is reliable, families love her, and children make substantial progress with her. She possesses an extensive knowledge of child development across a wide spectrum of abilities. Even more, she is not just able...but eager to share that knowledge and does so without judgement, condescension, or minimizing family concerns. She is a fierce advocate for children and their families. Always has been, always will be.

Britt Sherrard of Archer Interventions is amazing, caring, and always willing to help a child in need. We were blessed to work with her for about 15 months and in that time she helped my now 3 year old to become a strong and independent little girl who can and often does speak up and stand up for herself when before she was backwards and afraid of her own shadow with multiple behaviors.
