While my pet received competent treatment, the support staff needs a lot of training. Multiple mistakes occurred, which I had to point out, before they were corrected. The business has too many clients, they are too rushed, and instead of noting the corrections needing to be made, the support staff is not trained properly. Recommend you take your pet to a place where you won't be shoved through as on an assembly line. This business neither needs nor wants nor can handle more customers.
