I called them on the phone and spoke to the lady in charge. I explained to her that my dog has anxiety being in a crate. I told her that when we bring her they would have to get her done fast because she will be a nervous wreck. She responded with "awe! We will take care of her!" She suggested that I bring her about 3pm because she was doing a husky and since she hadn't done one she was afraid it would take a while. I asked about the price and she said $30-$35. I said okay and would see her on Saturday. When I went she was friendly but took a call while helping me and went outside and left me inside which is not a problem. I left my dog and about 30 minutes later she called me to pick up Cassie (my dog). I asked how much it was (so I could get the money from a machine) and she said "oh it will be $40 because I had no idea we would have to rush her and she is very difficult to do." I replied "I told you on the phone that she was an anxious dog and explained her situation and you told me that was fine. I even explained to you that I had to drop her when you were ready for her and pick her up immediately afterwards and you told me it was okay!" She never said anything back as a reply - I got the money - didn't say a word when I picked her up and paid her the money. I will NEVER use her again because she obviously can't handle dogs like this when the situation is explained previously. I drove 60 miles to find someone caring and I obviously made a HUGE mistake.
