I wouldn't even give them a rating but to post a post you have to give a rating ! I worked for them about a year or longer we the cleaning crew would get there at 6am - 7 am and we would have to wait for Mr and Mrs. Anderson to get out of the bed and give us our papers to show what we were supposed to do where we were to go and almost all the time we were late because of them and we would get yelled at and talked to like we were stupid by them because we would get to our place to clean or the persons house and they said it was to late for us to be there or they would loose that residential and we would get blamed for it or we would be sent out to clean with little to no clean rags or cleaning supplies we were once made to reuse dirty rags at residentals , we were never paid for the work we done in the month of August and September and in August we cleaned over 400 rooms in the Grove's collage dorms , we cleaned residentals, air bnb and didn't get paid for any of it , there are curently 10 people who worked for them at the grove who haven't been paid !

I would give them a zero rating. They were hired to clean our house before we were to move in. They didn't show on the specified date. They showed up a day after we moved in. One woman was working and all she did was basic cleaning. Not the deep cleaning expected when moving into new house. The cleaner left after a few hrs and said she would be back the next day with bigger work force, never showed up. Tried calling owner, she doesn't return phone calls. Do not waste your time with this cleaning service. They are horrible!
