Any clean can be customized to your budget and time. Areas of service can be separated and priced per room or by hour. Surface cleaning basic/ Includes but not limited to Kitchen clean- Cleaning off outside of appliances, sweep & mop floor, counter tops and sink. Bathroom clean- Mirror, sink, counter top, tub/shower, toilet floor, sweep/mop. Common Area clean-Wipe/ dust surfaces, table tops, sanitize or dispose of any debris (not clutter} sweep/mop/vacuum floor. Living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen. All areas will be clear of dust and debris. Also, areas will be cleaned with agreed upon sanitation products. Add aroma scents for lasting impression. (Optional) Laundry is $1 per lbs. Any detergents or other additives will be priced as provided. If the proper equipment isn't on site, mileage will be accessed as well. Bedrooms/ Dust or wipe fixtures and available surfaces, make bed, clean floor. Laundry-Sort wash dry and fold your laundry. Fees may vary. Priced per pound. Move in move out clean-Kitchen, bathroom, common areas/living areas, dining room, bedrooms, windows, storage. Any and everything not fixed to the interior of said structure will be removed. All surfaces will be disinfected and sanitized. For you to leave or move into a residence free of any remnants of previous tenant(s). Painting can be included charged separately.
