I have taken my Maltese here for a couple years. She was always shaky when I took her in but I thought she was just nervous. This last time she was there she got "brush burn" which they told me was from a brush well the Veterinarian told me It was from the clippers being too hot. It was a traumatic experience for my little dog. She has been shaky and scared for two days now. I do not recommend you taking your dog there.
