I was hired on here as a CNA (extra qualified) but was not offered any more pay then just a everyday care giver, since I am a full-time student in med school I took the job still for its flexible schedule. I was given a client who verbally abused me for months when upgrading the company on this nothing was ever done, I was expected to go early or stay late with this client endless times, after months of this I finally asked to be resigned to a new client. I was then sent new clients, first one needing a nurse for medications my job title doesn't alow me to give medication (insulin) I was told go home, a week went by with no work. I was then sent to 2 others, one was having sex in her bathroom with a much younger "friend" on my shift and also doing drugs, I asked to not go back, then I went to a different client who get this doesn't even use us because "we are horrible" at this point I was without actually clients who allowed me hours therefore without pay. I didn't hear anything from the company about this so after a couple days asked for new clients. I was told "you had 4 that you didn't work out with" "excuses me, I was given people I should have never been given " I was gaslight to be the problem, no ownership on then sending me to the wrong places. I was then net go for trying to understand and have communication and not take blame.
I was told " my last check and termination paperwork would be sent to me" I then was taking out of the texting application since they never would answer the phone or calls about my concerns this was all in the app and I have screen shots that will be used to make a claim with the state as well as my attorney and unemployment. this company is a joke has no respect or safety for employees and needs some serious help. don't work here or use them as a client.
