Josie, the caregiver is excellent. Since she has been with my husband, his movement has improved says his doctor since January. Josie is very resourceful. She has found new exercise for Richard; facial, speech. And Richard is now standing longer because of her. She also moves with him when she does the exercises. That is very important.

We used Alpha Living Solution for a month. They were all very good and very professional. Ive haven't had any problems with anybody. The scheduling was well organized, well-managed, and very professional. I examined the bills on a regular basis, and Ive had no problems. I would recommend them.

Terrible - UNRELIABLE - Came highly recommended but my experience has been awful. First time they were to come, it got later & later, no one called, sent a text - nada. Finally almost 3 hours later got a call saying sitter had a flat tire but was on her way. Second time they were to show up - same old story. After SEVEN text messages and one phone call with the supervisor, I was given the same old story - a flat on the freeway! Yesterday supervisor ASSURED me someone would be here at 2 today........NOPE...no phone call, no text, and no one showed up. SO NEVER USE THESE UNRELIABLE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SIT AND TWIDDLE YOUR THUMBS, FOR THEM TO NEVER SHOW UP.

Honestly, This is the best Agency i will highly recommended for everybody. They are very cheap. I mean who wouldn't go with a company that are Compliance with the state and insure bonded. I don't have to worry about weather my private caregiver will show up or not. These are my experience in the past. Ever since I choose Alpha I am at peace because someone is always there and i don't get stranded anymore. My caregiver they sent me is the best. she is now part of my family. Thank Alpha for being there for me.

My dad is self sustaining, but Alice keeps him company, cooks him lunch, and does light cleaning. It makes his life easier. She takes him to appointments. The caregiver we have is fantastic. The owners and the people who run the place are attentive, and the people are great, overall.

I can relax knowing someone is there taking care of my loved one's needs and can let me know if there's an emergency. I've had the same caregiver for a few years. She's excellent, responsible, and performs quite well. I'm very happy with her.

It was a big help for me to know that someone was there around the clock. Even though my loved one was in a living facility, she needed someone to stay with her around the clock at night. The quality of the staff the agency sent was excellent. I was very happy with the services.

They talk to her, feed her on time, and change her diaper. Sometimes she gets confused, and they are always right there for her and explain things. They are very caring. I like the caretakers and the management that call me all the time. They are concerned that everything is done correctly. The caregivers are concerned about my mom's health and take very good care of her.

Our experience with Alpha was great. When I called, Amy who answered the phone was able to send someone right away. We were able to sit and interview the person, her name was Brittany, and she was well-qualified. She was with us for a month and helped a great deal. My mother-in-law didn't have complaints about her at all. She came in Monday through Friday to provide companionship. The price was within our price-range and the value of management is good because they were able to accommodate whatever we needed. We didn't have any problems with them

We hired Alpha Living Solution for my parents, and it's been excellent. The lady does everything we ask her to do and then some. She gets along good with my parents. She's a really good lady. We've been using them for seven weeks now, three days a week, six hours a day. She runs errands, she drives them places, does grocery shopping, housecleaning, and cooking. It's a great value.

They know who works best with my mom and they keep those people working with her so she doesn't always have someone different. That's good so she can get used to them. There were some caregivers that came that I didn't like but they got someone I did like and they try to send the people I like

Alpha has a hands-on attitude and responds quickly to my questions. The caregivers have concern for me and strive to do what I ask of them throughout the day. The caregivers all wear uniforms and look professional when they come to my home. The office staff also quickly answers my questions. It relieves my stress and gives me peace of mind. It allows me to go back to being his wife instead of someone always giving orders. I am able to do things for myself that I enjoy doing. She takes care of him. The caregiver we currently have is doing a remarkable job and takes really good care of him. The caregiver does things that are above and beyond what she should do.

They helped her by getting her up and dressed and to the bathroom when needed, getting meals ready, and getting her ready for bed. I liked that they always had someone there when my mom needed them. For the most part, everyone was excellent with her.
