I am a veteran and aspire to employing fellow vets who can offer the character and commitment I need. I offer domestic and commercial cleaning services. Have a base of clients who require repeat cleans in their homes and regular work in a chain of BeautyStores. Looking to expand the domestic side of the business and build long-term relationships with home-owners. Cover a wide area from Southfield to Pontiac, Waterford, White Lake, Novi. Will consider traveling up to 50 miles if the job is of sufficient scope. (Homes in excess of 3000 sq ft.) Will - given specific notification - clean windows, refrigerators and all kitchen appliances, shampoo carpets, do laundry including folding and ironing In addition, I have extensive experience in residential internal painting and can also quote for that to existing clients. My partner is a preacher and I am ex-law enforcement - we refer to ourselves as the preacher and the policemen! Our records are spotless and we can provide some excellent references. We are bonded and insured and vet any new cleaners that we bring onto the team. Small, friendly and highly efficient, we are frequently praised for our quality of work, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and good manners. Quotes, appointments and scope of work generally follow a no-obligation, no-cost site visit. We have been asked to carry out tasks outside the purview of typical cleaning. If these tasks are legal, safe and something we have the skills to do, we are always happy to oblige. We aim to provide an all-in-one service to our highly valued customers and to perform our services for them for as long as possible. Colloquially speaking, we might be referred to as "old school", but if being kind, responsible and caring about the job and the customer is old school, then we'll work with that. We are prompt, non-intrusive and very professional. All scheduling and client liaison is managed by my wife who establishes a great rapport with our customers and has been known to 'Dog sit" when they go away. Lastly, our charges are fair but tend to reflect our client's financial position. If someone is disabled, a veteran (as I am) or just not affluent, we tend to reduce our charges to a manageable sum. So whilst we are a for-profit business, sometimes the community spirit takes over and we shave the margins. Quality, however, remains our key motivator.… Read more
