We are accepting weekly, biweekly, monthly, move in/ move outs and occasional customers, we specialize in residential cleaning.
Services include:
BATHROOMS: scrub sinks, toilets and showers / baths. Clean all surfaces with a disinfectant, shine all mirrors and surfaces, counter-tops, floors thoroughly cleaned.
KITCHEN: Scrub outside kitchen sink with suitable cleanser. Clean and shine all kitchen counters. Clean the exterior of all appliances. Remove burners on the stove and clean with degreaser. Thoroughly clean all floors.
BEDROOMS: Make beds (up to the customer), dust all surfaces in the room, clean all mirrors or glass surfaces, clean the entire floor with vacuum or clean with wood / tile floor care.
LIVING ROOMS: dust whole surfaces in living areas. Clean and shine all surfaces such as mirrors or glass tables, entire floor areas clean with a vacuum cleaner to clean carpet or floor care with wood / tile.
We also empty all the trash throughout the house.

During pandemic, when I was looking for a cleaning service, Lucy contacted me. She was helping my neighbor. She send her sister Ana Diaz to clean my home. She is not clean. She steal. Don't use them. Trust me.

I am so glad, I have the opportunity to reply to this comment from Sylvia a person that I never got to meet, she contacted me looking for my services and because we don't work around her area, I made the mistake to share my sister's contact with her. (My sister has her own cleaning Company, she does not work for me) My sister cleaned her house few times, but she always felt very uncomfortable because Sylvia would follow her everywhere like if she was going to steal something. Sylvia called me one day accusing my sister of stealing several bottles of wine, which that was not possible because of the size of the bottles and because she was following her everywhere. Sylvia kept calling me, insulting me and my sister without a prove. I was afraid of her, and I am so glad my sister is not working for her anymore.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the same service. I hired Lucy and her staff to do bi-weekly services five months ago. Her staff of four did okay most of the time. They are friendly ladies but they operate within a 50-minute timer so they are not detailed. The last month of December, I was not pleased. I noticed they were not scrubbing toilets and bathroom tubs. I informed Lucy about how dissatisfied I was and she did apologize. I tried giving them a second chance but they called in sick the day of service. They mentioned they would schedule the following week which it was more discouraging. Perhaps they are suited better for monthly services.

Alaniz Cleaning is a terrific investment and I highly recommend to anyone in need of cleaning services. I hired Lucy and her staff to clean my home in Livermore after my wife had our baby girl 3 months ago, to help us out so we don't have to worry about the cleanliness of our home. The staff is very professional, and take the precautions of this present pandemic and wear masks and gloves while on our home. My wife is very particular about the cleanliness of our house and has VERY HIGH expectations and Lucy and her staff far exceeded those expectations! They did an amazing job with our house and did detailed work from ceiling to floor. I was so impressed that I hired Alaniz Cleaning to service my parents home in Hayward Hills. My mother was very pleased with the service and told my dad that the other 3 cleaning services they used for their larger home wasn't ever this good until Lucy and her staff left! The ladies cleaned the very high ceiling fans and the stove was spotless! Since then I have Alaniz Cleaning service our home in Livermore 2 times a month and once a month for my parents home in Hayward! Great job Lucy and staff!

Lucy and her team is great. The price is very fair, and she is able to clean the house in a reasonable amount of time.
She is willing to do little extra things if asked. When my toddler is home, she will clean her room first and still be out of the house quickly and with it spotless.

We have hired Lucy and her crew to clean up post construction on our jobsites as well as clean our own home. She is so easy and pleasant to work with and it's refreshing to find someone that is great at what they do as well as incredibly flexible and will fit you into their schedule so easily. Construction is not an exact science so she has had to work us into her schedule several times as well as do an exceptional cleaning job! She even drove to Brentwood to clean our own home because we didn't want to hire anyone else. Our homeowners as well as ourselves have been incredibly pleased with the results due to her attention to detail. Lucy and her crew are awesome and we highly recommend them!

Lucy and her team have been cleaning my house for 5+ years now. She is such a sweetheart and I love catching up with her when she comes over. I usually let her in and then take off and go work elsewhere to get out of their way. I trust her implicitly and have never once worried about leaving her in my home without me. She is 100% trustworthy which I think is so important!
They clean well and efficiently and are always open to my suggestions and requests. There is NOTHING I love more than coming home to my clean house on "Lucy" days - THE BEST!

Lucy and her crew have been coming to our house for over two years now. She has always been reliable and great at communication. She has also been flexible and willing to accommodate changes in our schedule as needed. Her team is also extremely efficient and generally cleans our 3 bedroom 2 bath house in about an hour time. Fir the services provided they are reasonably and competively priced. I would recommend Lucy's services to anyone looking for reliable house cleaning services.

Lucy and her team are great. They are reliable, trustworthy and they do a great job cleaning. Lucy is easy to communicate with and very accommodating to my needs. I have a dog and Lucy and her team are mindful to make sure he does not get out. They don't mind him being there while cleaning. I would highly recommend Lucy and her team.

I have been using Lucy's cleaning services for over 5 years. Lucy and her ladies have always been reliable, have a positive attitude and do a wonderful job. Every room looks great when they are finished. My favorite part is Lucy's personality - she is very pleasant and has great communication skills and people skills. Interacting with Lucy and setting up service dates have been easy and effortless. I typically send her a text message to confirm appointments and she is very prompt with her replies. Lucy comes to every cleaning service and works along with 1-2 other ladies. Her prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend Lucy's Cleaning Company.

I have used Lucy's cleaning service for close more than a year. She was referred to me by a friend. She was very reasonable in pricing and was willing to clean on the weekends. Her work is very thorough and she always comes with a helper. She has been very friendly and professional. I highly recommend her services
