Initial communication with Tonya, the principal of this agency, was positive. We hired them and paid a deposit equal to the value of 2 weeks of services. The selected caretaker worked one day and decided it was not a good fit. Tonya attempted to find a suitable replacement, but after a month or more went by, we needed a caretaker and so we hired someone else.

We requested the balance of our deposit to be returned. That was about 3 months ago.

Understandably times have been hard for many this past year or so. We offered help, in that they could pay back the deposit in payments, if cash flow was an issue. Thought we came to an agreement, but have yet to see a penny of our deposit returned, no returned calls, texts or emails.

The lack of respectful communication and professional integrity is unacceptable.
