We are a small private, exclusive and NURSE OWNED and operated home caregiving and aging in place service. We help older adults to keep their dignity in the place where they are most familiar, the place they know by heart...their home.
We provide customized in-home senior care, post hospital, post rehab restorative care, medication management, meal preparation, concierge services, home making, mental and social stimulation.
Our services fall under three categories
CAREGIVING Available around the clock, caregiving services are provided by certified nursing assistants, home health aides, companions and sitters.
POST HOSPITAL AND POST REHAB CARE FOR THE AT RISK AND CHRONICALLY ILL SENIORS These services are designed to reduce unnecessary hospital readmission and to help patients recover faster after a medical incident. The care programs are designed by nurses and geriatric care specialist.
CARE MANAGEMENT AND CARE COORDINATION These services are provided by geriatric care managers. The goal is to make long distance care giving easier and more gratifying for the very busy family caregiver especially those caring from afar.
Our services revolve around the needs of our clients. We have a list of fully vetted caregivers who can work for you privately or through our service.
