INTEGRITY: morale for the overall good with sincere attitude.

I remember the first time I met the Administrator of Affinia Catherine Laxamana who was joined by her husband Romy. Their smiles were warm and welcoming, making me feel relaxed and comfortable on our first meeting.

As an Affinia representative, Catherine always talks to me in a respectful and professional way. Her being the administrator represents Affinia and is the reason I am confident in the company as a whole.

She never looks down on me and treats me as an equal in rank which makes me feel very at ease every time we talk or meet. In my experience, that is what separates Affinia from others companies.

Her work ethic is strong and understanding which inspires confidence that Affinia is a company that will bring strength and integrity to the future business and ensures me as an employee that they will be successful.

She has the courtesy of willing to adjust her own behavior to the needs and feelings of others while still maintaining her integrity. I recently had to have a procedure which involved anesthesia, so I needed to have transportation, I called and spoke with Cathy at Affina, she said they could do it, she arrived at my door the day of the procedure on time and drove me to the hospital, she waited with me in the procedure room until they took me in for the procedure, she watched over and took care of my personal items, she was there once I got back to recovery room, then of course a gave me a ride back home, she later called and checked up on me to be sure everything was ok and then also followed up a few days later to see how the results came out, Cathy was caring and showed compassion and was also assuring everything would turn out ok, I would utilize there services again if needed, it was like having a friend at my side.

Probably the agencies that pays one of the highest rate if not the highest., True that client are the life of the agencies but staff are the backbone of if, the one who grind every minute to win the heart of the client, and with affinia its a sure that you are in good hands, working on this agencies give me the feeling that I'm secure and that they are on my back for the right reason, thanks a lot it's awesome
