As a successful career coach, I help clients identify and overcome obstacles that may hold them back in their jobs and careers. I have a strong passion for helping people to identify what will bring fulfillment to their lives and creating a plan to getthere. For clients looking to change jobs, re-enter or enter the workforce for the first time, I enjoy sharing what I've learned from sitting on the other side of the table during the hiring process. I love empowering candidates with the proper tools to succeed before, during, and after interviews, through the salary negotiation process, and during the transition into their new role. I effectively coach individuals who want to grow in a current role through executive and management training. With my strong people and communication skills I can help clients through conflict resolution issues, dealing with difficult co-workers, bosses or other sticky situations. On the flip-side, I also can help individuals going through transitional periods who want to leave the corporate world behind by helping individuals identify talents and opportunities for a side-hustle that can turn into a full-time career. Perhaps retirement is approaching, and transitional coaching would be helpful to find a new identity that goes beyond a nine to five.
