My kitten, Nugget, was a patient of this clinic. On Wednesday I was forced to put her down 3 days and 10 thousand dollars after waking up to a paralyzed and terrified kitten. There was gross negligence on the part of your veterinary staff, doctors and institution. I don't need a response or your apologies but I need my baby's wellness package canceled along with any other ongoing costs. If I receive any from this date forward we will go to court. Nugget died from FIP, which i know is not treatable, but any viruses she had before the mutation were.

I should have been made aware, there should have been protocols in place for such events, there should have been examinations and information given to me about the dangers. I should have been made aware of how the virus could mutate and maybe I would have been able to prevent it. I will absolutely never be coming back to this clinic but for the people that do, these things need to be in place and your doctors have to do their job and du diligence if there is even a 1% chance of mutation.

Nuggets death is on me, I should have researched these things and veterinary clinics more carefully, but her death is more so on your clinic and you need to know that.

Do not email me back, try to respond or argue because I'm very clear on the situation that took place. I will never be able to hear her purrs, feel her fur, cuddle with her or play with her ever again. Since her death I haven't been able to eat, sleep, shower, focus or even leave my apartment. There is now a hole in my heart that will never be filled. She was my emotional support, best friend and she made my house a home. I will never be able to heal from this and every single staff member needs to know how your negligence ruined my life and cost my baby hers. It is truly unforgivable and I'm disgusted I ever trusted you with Nuggets precious life. To know her was to love her and you were all too busy making a spectacle of her existence rather than focusing on her health despite my EXCESSIVE communication and concerns. I was gaslit and belittled while my baby was truly suffering. Shame on all of you.
