I contacted this company when first joining care.com and I have yet to receive a call back or email I hope this is the exception not the rule I would have at the very least expect to hear no one available at moment perhaps didn't expect insurance something but wasn't able to ask any questions .

This is a highly unusual. We have a call center that is on duty form 7am eastern time till 6pm, and then the phone number goes directly to a call taker or voicemail. We are very sorry if we missed your call! We want to be able to assist people at all hours of the day. I do not know how this could have happened. please accept our apology's

I highly recommend Acti-Kare for in-home care. They are very dependable and conscientious. I greatly appreciate the flexibility of their service by not binding us with a long term contract. They are the only care provider we have found to meet our needs. Both my mom and i are grateful for their care.

John and Angle were the two people that I had contact with. John was very informative at the first meeting with myself and my wife Nancy. We understood the various services that they could offer. The about two weeks that we had Angle I felt very comfortable. I would recommend them highly.

We contacted Acti-Kare of the Blue Ridge with a short notice request. We knew it was a 50/50 chance of any company to be able to staff with such short notice. Acti-Kare was able to meet our needs, the staff did an excellent job and met and excessed our needs. Thanks
