Tim and Jen do an outstanding job and are very responsive to any communication. Tim took care of our cats for a week while we were on vacation. He texted me with pictures after each visit. The girls were happy when we got home. He did a great job. We'll be calling them for our next trip.

Tim took care of our cat, Luci, while we were away for 6 days. Sent daily pictures of her with updates. Although we had alarm issues, which he handled calmly, everything was left in good order and Luci (although never happy to be left) was healthy and happy to see us. Would definitely use this service again!
