She created A Plus Tutoring Services, LLC to provide affordable, one-on-onetutoring services to families in New Castle County, DE and Cecil County, MD. We do not have an office or tutoring site. Our tutors meet you and your child in public libraries. This helps us keep our costs low and provides you with more flexibility in location. Our tutors, currently, cover all elementary subjects (K-5), middle school math, study skills, Algebra I/II and Geometry at the high school level.
