I'm a nanny for a family that has A Personal Elf cleaning. They are always very nice and clean what you hire them to clean. Their are three levels of cleaning and as you go up in levels so does the price. I'm a nanny of a mother who has them and they never clean under couches, lamps, or chairs. Her mother has dust allergies so when their is a layer of dust underneath everything it's hard for her to breathe. Not to mention she has 3 children which is why she can't clean things herself. All in all there very nice people and clean adequatly, just not 5 star material..
