I have employed  A life Home Care since August, 2017 to help with my aunt. A life Saver has helped us with home care from the residence, the hospital and now a memory care facility. Since I am the sole caregiver for my aunt, A life saver has been my partner in the quest to provide the best care possible for my aunt in her twilight years.

A life Saver Home Care LLC with very strong individuals i highly recommend  my uncle did not want to move to a nursing facility A live saver  Home Care made it way more comfortable and affordable to keep him home!

The services have enabled to have my life back. I like how the agency has a quick response and I have been pleased with the quality of their caretakers.

We have been using A life saver Home Care for about a month for my mother. We looked at several providers near Katy Texas and found A life saver Home Care to be everything they said they were. The caregiver has always acted in a professional manner and become a very close companion for my mother. Our family is very pleased with the caregiver Gloria and A life saver Home Care organization.

My mother is getting in-home care right now through A life saver Home care. The caregiver that we got is a pretty good match. They are all pleasant to be around and are very helpful.

I am in need of home care services after a recent surgery that I had.
This surgery was planned out 2 months in advanced. I had been talking with MR. Thomas about the services that I was going to need coming home.
I have helped Mr. Thomas with his lead with this business, so we talked often.
I surely thought that I would be taken care of, especially after I helped with his business.
I am home now needing some assistance and for whatever reason, I am being ignored.
Mr. Thomas is ignoring my texts and phone calls.
I was constantly lied to both on a professional and personal level.
HE even lied about being married so he could take advantage of me. Yes, he tried to and got some on the side if you know what I mean.
At firstI he said he takes Blue Cross/Blue Shield and then he said he doesn't. 
In the beginning he even gave me  a referral to some other agency.
I started to get upset and could now see that he had no intentions on helping me. 
I asked Mr. Thomas, why are you giving me someone's ele's number. HE could not respond.
So the moral of this story is, just be careful who you help and who you are going to need.
I really expected to get help, since I helped him.
I am really disappointed with how he is running this business with the back and forth and lies.
And of all people, the one who helped him is the one who is not getting services!

A life saver Home care  is a good agency because they've placed a terrific caregiver with my mother. The services help because someone spends time with my mom, and they keep her company.

A life saver home care is the best, I took advantage of their Lived In special rate and it was cheaper than Private Caregiver and other Agency. I strongly recommend A life saver home care  services if you want Lived in. This is the right Agency.

A life saver is very concerned and attentive to my mom. In fact, this morning her pulse went up and we ended up going to emergency care. We also bring her to a cardiologist. If A life saver caregiver weren't around this morning, my mother's condition would have been serious right now. If there were any changes with schedule, they would call me in advance. If they assign a new caregiver, they would personally come out and introduce them to us.

I have been meaning to write this review since early 2017. I can't say enough about how Jacinta Thomas and her  staff helped me with round the clock care for my mom in December 2016 and up until the morning my mom passed on september 12th, 2017. The care was involved with just about everything including but not limited to helping my mom dress, getting her to and from the bathroom multiple times every day. Also meal preparations and the special touch of sitting with her, talking to her about anything my mom wanted to discuss. All  of this took a BIG load off of me. Jacinta tried to stay with the same helpers every shift but that wasn't always possible and that created a few problems here and there but we worked through it. Based on my experience with A life saver Home care I would recommend them.

My elderly mother has a traumatic brain injury from an accident .Two years ago in katy, The services of A life saver home care are very good. Also like the caregiver her personality and help.She is a wonderful cook. everything has worked really well.

A Life saver Home care  are very nice people and that includes from the administrators Thomas , Jacinta through to the aides.They set us up with a one-of-a kind wonderful aide. My husband suffered a stroke which affected his right side badly. We are absolutely thrilled with her. We are in the process of setting up more hours with this terrific aide. What more can I say. They are all terrific.

This is an excellent agency. The 2 caregivers assigned to my mother were caring and compassionate. They were dependable and my mother was pleased with their help and assistance. Also, I was especially very happy with the agency staff. We had a neighbor who told us about A life saver home care Agency. During that time, my wife had been in a wheelchair so I needed somebody to help out. I contacted them and hired their service. They were very helpful in meeting every need that we were asking for. When we needed something, they were there to help us out. If I was not around, they were there to take my wife to the doctor. They were assisting and helping with meals and cleaning. Their caregivers were very responsible. The management was very responsive. They answered me promptly whenever I had questions. They discussed everything with me in regards to billing.

A LIFE SAVER HOME CARE  has provided home-care for our disabled, adult son for several years. Both the agency and the care-givers stephenie get the highest rating from us. A life saver home care in Katy Texas is the best. My mother stopped driving last year and Parkinson's makes it hard for her to do a lot of what she's always enjoyed. My sisters and I hadn't realized how much help she'd need during the day, just to cook, spend time with friends, go on neighborhood walks. With A life saver , she can pick up the phone to schedule a visit--or (and here's one of the greatest things) one of us can get online and do it for her. Plus, last time I checked I was able to read her caregiver's notes about the visit. Super helpful and reassuring. We are happy  A life saver

All of the different caregivers I've had have been satisfactory. I've had a couple that were extremely good. I like that I can depend on them. I don't have them every week, they're here every other week.

My aunt just had a surgery for hip replacement and also because of her dementia, she needed some very close monitoring. Basically, someone to be there for her to assist her. We were very pleased with the people that A life saver home care provided both during the day and night.
