We also got a voucher for the cleaning, however, this voucher did not have a time limit posted on the offer. When i called Mike informed me they have a limit of 1 and a half hours. He then asked how big my house was. I told him the square footage and he charged me for anything over 2000 square feet. The women came and also took 1 hour on the bathroom. They quickly (and not well) cleaned the kitchen,living room and 1 bedroom. They didnt even touch the the other bedrooms or the room that causes the house to be over the size limit. We have spoken with Mike on several occasions and he did agree it was not right to charge me for something that wasnt even touched. He promised on several occasions for a partial refund. He always said "i will get it in the mail tomorrow". 3 months later no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

3 Moms and a Mop came to my house yesterday right on time! My son had bought a voucher for an hours worth of work with 2 people! The cleaners were very friendly. They verified what I wanted done, made sure the cleaning product they used was alright with me, and began to clean right away. As they were cleaning, they would ask if I wanted certain things done that I had not mentioned, which I appreciated. Specifically, to clean the mini-blinds. They got all the work done that I had asked them to do and mopped their way out the door! I had a very pleasant experience. I'm sure many others have had a good experience but the ones who have not are the only ones who have posted a review! Give this company a chance!

Overall, I do no wish to waste too much time talking and dealing with this company. I purchased as a gift to myself and they did a horrible job. Overall, I forward pictures to the owner/manager and even though he agreed 'that wasn't the best job' done, he still had no real solution. I will make sure that no one I know uses them. That was a total waste of my time and money. All he could tell me was what others customers said....horrible, horrible, horrible...don't waste your time. Wish I could give them a zero rating and they didn't deserve a one star.

I had bought a voucher online. The total cost to me was $70. 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt. Two women came. One of them was really slow- she took 1 hour to clean the master bathroom! And i get my apt cleaned at least once a month from the management that owns the property, just thought would try a change. only plus point was that these guys spoke English where as my usual cleaners don't. But 3 mom's and a mop did half the work in the same time. and it is very very average. when 10 minutes were left one lady was just cluelessly looking around and the other said they had about 7 minutes so what else could they do...I mean i am paying for 1.5 hr that includes the last 7 minutes too!! they just did the kitchen and two bathrooms and finally vacuumed when i reminded that atleast 7 minutes were still left. Very disaapointed....going back to my old cleaners

Had an $85 voucher for a 3 bedroom and 2 bath home. Told them they only had to clean master bedroom/bath, kitchen, living room and dining room. They cleaned for 40 minutes and left. It was a very bare basic surface clean and most certainly not $85 worth. Will never use them again.
