We are searching for a long-term full-time nanny for our daughter (born in December 2018). The best nanny would have a love for caring for children and become an extended member of our family.
When: Monday Friday, 50-55 hours a week (approximate hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00PM). Ideally willing to provide weeknight and weekend babysitting from time to time as well as occasional overnight (compensation to be discussed on case by case basis)
Starts: Late March / early April 2019
Pay & Benefits: Competitive weekly salary, includes paid time off and paid holidays.
Responsibilities and Duties
The nanny would be responsible for:
-Maintaining the health and safety needs of our daughter, including keeping her on her feeding and sleeping schedule.
-Engaging our daughter in educational and developmental activities.
-Child-related tasks around the home such as making sure the baby areas are kept clean, preparing the child s meals, and doing the child s laundry.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a nanny who speaks English, is experienced with newborns, and has a desire to encourage our daughter to meet her individual development milestones.
Additionally, we d like a nanny who is comfortable taking the child outings to the park, play dates, etc., as the child gets older.
Candidates must pass a background check, reference check, have a reliable car and pass a driving record check, be tobacco and drug FREE, be up to date with vaccinations and provide proof of TDAP and Flu vaccinations, and be CPR/First Aid certified.
