We need someone to help the reading and writing of our kid, and maybe also some math for the second grade level. We live in the Eastlake Area, and prefer the tutor can come in evenings and weekends. This job will be 2~4 times a week, and each time for 2 hours.
I am a working adult attending an on online university and need help getting through college algebra. I would like to meet once or twice per week until I have passed the course. I'm available evenings on Mon, Wed, Thurs, or during the day on Fridays. Weekends could be possible as well.
Kindergarten and 1st grade looking for help with reading and math. We are not seeing much progress in reading and math since our kids started elementary school. We are looking to hire somebody to help us 2-3 hours during the weekend in West Seattle. We have an office available and you can either work with each child individually or together. Our kids are bilingual with English and Spanish so if you can speak Spanish that would be a bonus.
We're a Seattle (Magnolia) family that is in need of a part-time tutor for Reading and Math for our daughter who has mild delays and receives special ed services. We'd like to find some times in the early evening and potentially on weekends to support our girl in one hour increments. It would be week on / week off in conjunction with our 50/50 residential schedule with her biological mom. Teaching experience and secondary education required. Special ed experience a plus. Thanks!
I'm 63 and working with a professional job search coach to change careers. I have never used Outlook and it's been years since I touched Word. Have only used Excel a couple of times, in a rudimentary fashion, about 6 years ago. I must become proficient in all 3, so that I can include these skills on my resume. I'm also having some email issues and am purchasing a new laptop this weekend. I will need to load files from the old computer to the new one, clean up my desktop and back-up everything, before I lose it. Really need a patient, non-judge mental tutor. Thank you!. Additional needs include having a reliable car and being comfortable with pets. Subject Areas: Computers.
I am seeking a general tutor for my 8th grade daughter, A. She is a good student, however, she is having a hard time getting her assignments completed and turned in sometimes. We had a weekly tutor in 6th grade and it worked out very well for her to have the structured time set aside and the extra support. I am looking for someone weekly, long term.
An added bonus would be someone who is also available to come over sometimes weekday evenings or occasional weekends. Since A is responsible enough to be left alone, I don't call it a sitter anymore. However, there are times I like someone to be home with her if I will be out for a long time. Another added bonus would be someone who can help teach her organizational skills and serve a female mentor.
I look forward to hearing from you!
I am looking for A Native Arabic Tutor for Learning Arabic.
Preferably A Male tutor (religious beliefs reason)
About me: young professional male, I speak 4 languages and Arabic is one of them. Unfortunately, since I moved to the USA I didn't get the chance to practice my Arabic for the last 7 years. That is one of the reasons I am looking for a native Arabic speaker where I can practice my writing, speaking and regular conversation skills.
Location: Preferably someone that lives in Seattle or can commute to Seattle during the weekend between the time of 4-7 p.m.
For the right person, we can work a schedule between us if commuting is an issue.
"I prefer someone that speaks fluent Arabic without accents. Although, I understand different countries have their own dialogues."
My daughter is interested in learning Korean for a school project. This job would start in January. Timing is flexible. The tutor would meet with the student once a week at a mutually agreed time, either after school, early evening or on the weekend. The meeting could be at our house in Wedgwood or at a library. Salary based on experience.
