Madeline was fantastic with our b/g twins. Our girl was a colicky screamer and she was the only non-family member I trusted with her. Always on time. She knows what babies and toddlers love and even taught me a lot about babies and how to distract and entertain them (babies like weird! She'd say). She was an excellent swaddler and pacifier placer and really had a knack for the care and feeding of babies. She has a lot of confidence that was refreshing for me. Not pushy, she just is that comfortable with babies. If she hadn't gone back to school, we would have kept her on full-time as my husband and I are both military and airline pilots.
