Dana worked for our family cleaning our home on a bi-weekly basis for about 6 months. She was very pleasant and trustworthy, and cleaned according to how I had asked most of the time. However, several months into working with us, she started showing up late, asking to leave early, or cancelling, both of which happened repeatedly. She offered reasons each time, but due to other work commitments on her part she was not able to make up the time until she was scheduled next.
