My name is Katie. I'm 27 years old and am a Resident Specialist, leasing homes to families in the Eastern Connecticut area. I started working with children in high school during which time I taught religious education for kindergarten through third grade for four years with classroom sizes ranging from 15-30 children, and was also a summer nanny for a family for two years. I also was a summer camp counselor and taught vacation bible school for two years.

A little about me: I enjoy running, going to the beach, clamming, and DIY projects. I have a Bachelors degree in Communication/Journalism and Public Relations. I also studied Speech Pathology for two years, working closely with children with speech impediments and special needs.

I am an active person and will definitely keep your little ones entertained! Each day will be something new and fun. I am also sensitive to any needs your kiddos may have and will discuss with you prior so I know how to accommodate.
