With my mother being a 2nd grade catholic school teacher, she has a deep love for that of children. Like mother - Like daughter; is what I would have to say to that. I started babysitting at the age of 12 and have been ever since on and off. The ages of children I have cared for ranges from newborn to age 15. I'm experienced with long term care as well as short term care. Whilst in high school; I was involved in a student teaching course for 2 semesters for the 2nd grade classes of St. Mary Elementary School in Paducah, KY. I also have three years experience in teaching dance to toddlers ages 3+, as I was a dancer myself. I consider myself a fun-loving but responsible individual. My mom always said to me "Every child is a different kind of flower & all together make this world a beautiful garden" It wasn't until I reached adulthood until I truly understood this meaning. But she's right. So with that being said I shall leave you with this: Three words: KIDS ARE AWESOME!
