Hala is absolutely phenomenal! She is smart, knowledgeable, very personable, fun to work with and most importantly provides guidance and help that is individualized for me. I asked her to help me straighten up my messy (a euphemism ghastly) desk. It was an indescribable agglomeration of mounds of paper covering one large and one smaller desk. Although messy, I am organized. What was remarkable is that Hala caught on to my way of filing things very quickly. She didn't try to wholly re-do my organizational system but rather work through the papers, helping me make decisions about what was necessary to keep and file, what could be discarded, helped me shred appropriate documents and recycle other. We worked as a team. She made orderly stacks of documents for me to review. She straightened up other areas that could be done independently. She found the broom and dust pan, cleaning areas as needed without needing guidance. None of my friends or family members could believe the remarkable change--they'd never seen the top of my desk! I'm now proud to show it off. My most neat-and-orderly friend, who'd made fun of me for years for the mess, walked in and was shocked. He said "this is impressive." I plan to meet with Hala monthly to make sure I continue to be orderly and to help me as needed in my office. In addition, I have other areas of my house (i.e. closets, a catch-all room, etc.) that desperately need her help. We will go through those as well. I have scheduled numerous appointments in the future .A CRITICAL point: Hala is *trustworthy*. I have no concern about her seeing financial records, trust documents, etc. I am very happy to be a reference for her.
