We love Olga! She has been a great help to us - caring for our infant son she began caring for him when he was only 3 months old. She usually helps for long days while I am at work (10+ hrs) but we also have had her help with shorter times and evening time. Olga has a calm demeanor, health conscious outlook for babies and she is consistent with our son's routines - very nurturing. We love that she speaks Russian to him and has so much experience with children- including her own :) she is the only caregiver other than our son's grandmother who has got him to sleep easily and at an early hour. She spends so much of the day with him outside which is very healthy. She is energetic and always easy to communicate with in English or Russian. We highly recommend her!
