I've been a home health aide for seniors for approximately 6 years. I truly enjoy the work I do. It has been a privilege to work with the patients I have served. I have a strong desire to care for others. I consider myself a people-person who is very understanding of others' needs during their time of illness. I am easy to get along with, caring and giving to those who are suffering. I've had experience working with patients who have dementia, patients who are bed bound and patients who have feeding tubes. I've faced many challenging situations when dealing with seniors who are in need of home health care, however, there's nothing I wouldn't take on.
