We have 3 kids (6, 4, 4 year old) and hired Cindy a few months ago to pick up from school and bring them to activities. We are very happy Cindy accepted this job as she is incredibly reliable and helpful. Running around from a place and activity to another, Cindy does an amazing job! She is very organized, punctual, careful and tidy, and our kids truly love her! Every time my wife gets home, Cindy is talking to the kids, playing with them on the floor or at the table. Cindy brings a lot of educational games for our kids, so they are entertained, have fun and also learn. She is very patient and loving; at the same time, she has a good command and kids feel safe and nurtured. Something I really appreciate about Cindy's way to interact with our kids is her strive to make the kids become independent (learn to dress by themselves, carry their stuff...). When our kids know Cindy is coming they look forward to it. Last, a few times she ran the extra mile to accommodate last minute requests.
