I have worked as a senior caregiver/assistant for over 7 years and have experience with the following:

transportation to shops, appointments and other personal needs
light cleaning including dishes, laundry, Errands etc., preparing and heating meals
providing companionship and social interaction
Shopping, i. e. groceries, etc.
