Merci took excellent care of my mother, who has advanced dementia, while we lived in Michigan. She woke her in the morning, showered and dressed her and took her out for lunch/dinner and exercise. Merci is very patient, loving and very, very kind. She is a really hard worker and was always flexible with her schedule when we needed her to be. She was helpful to me personally and showed caring not just towards my mother but also towards the rest of the family, especially me. She is very compassionate, wise and overall just a really, really good person. I have had close to 50 caregivers in the past five years and Merci was one of the best. It would be an absolute pleasure to have her work for me again.
