Childcare Provider (Trusted, San Francisco Bay Area)


Trusted ( is a technology-driven subsidiary of that connects parents looking for child care with amazing babysitters & nannies, when and where they are needed. We are looking for wonderful child care providers with a genuine love for children to join our caregiver team! As a Trusted Provider, you have a dedicated provider app to manage your availability, view family profiles, manage your bookings, and communicate with parents and Trusted Support. You are responsible for the nurture, engagement, and safety of the children for each and every booking you receive. You have the flexibility to add and remove your availability in the app for parents to instantly book you (a firm commitment). Parents have a separate dedicated app that alleviates the difficulty in discovering, scheduling, and paying for wonderful child care providers that they so often experience.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities

  • Nurture, engage, and prioritize the safety of the children in your care while ensuring a fun and interactive experience
  • Abide by and follow the schedule and rules set forth by parents
  • Perform light household duties, as related to tidying and cleaning up after the children 

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of child development and positive guidance techniques such as redirection
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly responsible, reliable, and punctual
  • Sufficient mobility and stamina to be sole responsible for providing care to active children

Education/Other Prerequisites

  • Have a minimum of two years of experience caring for children (babysitting, nannying, mothers helper, etc.)
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have Pediatric CPR/First Aid (will provide reimbursement for certification)
  • Pass a background check and reference check (three references required)
  • Transportation to reach your job (car, public transportation, etc.)
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
