The Care@Work unit is focused on expanding market penetration, products, and services within the B2B space. The Account Manager will play an integral part in building the Care@Work business and driving profitability through the client portfolio. As a member of the Care@Work team, the Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for Care@Work clients and is expected to consistently provide excellent client service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within Care.com.
The Inside Sales Representative is an important member of the sales and marketing organization, playing a critical role in growing revenue for the company. Working in collaboration with marketing, cross departments, field sales, and the partner channel, the ISR's primary objective is to deliver a world-class experience to the prospective client to earn their business.
